How to fix login error

If you’re experiencing login issues with Gryphon—such as an error message on the Dashboard page or a calendar that won’t load—the issue may be related to your browser cache.
How to Fix the Issue
To resolve this, clear your browser cache using the steps below:
For Firefox:
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Privacy & Security
3. Click Clear Data
For Chrome:
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Privacy and Security
3. Click Delete browsing data
